Families come in all shapes and sizes.  Everyone deserves to choose his or her family.  I support all families, including interracial families, families with LGBT members, and families who embrace polyamory.  Protect the people you care about and the relationships that are important to you with pre-marital agreements, carefully drawn marriage alternative agreements, and of course wills and living wills.  Have the conversations about financies and contingencies with a lawyer who understands and strengthen your family.
